Education Packages:

Educational packages are available for onsite training in specific areas of your choosing.  Sessions are conducted using powerpoint projection and handouts for attendees.  Sessions are kept at a maximum of two hours in length as to not interfere with patient care.  Sessions can be conducted on all shifts to accommodate all staff.

Policy & Procedure Writing Services:

We provide you with pre-written, proven policies & procedures that can be edited or revised to meet your specific needs or circumstances.  These policies come in either stand alone or in entire manual format.  Orders include a paper copy plus a re-writable CD in MS Word format.  Must agree to licensing aggreement.

Pre-Survey Readiness:

We conduct sample patient/resident reviews based on CMS standards.  We also conduct Mock Surveys to establish the facility's areas of need.  A report is generated and provided to management.  Mock Surveys can be conducted based on individual disciplines or on the entire facility.  Prices vary depending on facility size.

Post Survey Assessment:

We will provide on-site validation of your Licensure & Certification Survey.  This assessment will validate the findings and determine the faciliy's ability to request an Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR).  Prices based on size of facility and number of deficiencies .

Plans of Correction:

We will assist your facility and management in formulating a "workable" Plan of Correction.  Prices vary upon number of deficiencies.
